These Terms & Conditions apply when you access meandorganic.com, create an account or purchase products from Meand Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. By using the website, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers or the website.

Product information
We aim to display product descriptions, ingredients, weights, images, availability and prices accurately. Packaging, colour and presentation may vary slightly from website images. Always read the label received with the product, especially for ingredient, allergen, storage and consumption information.

Prices, taxes and offers
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The amount displayed at checkout includes applicable product charges and any shipping fee shown before payment. Discounts, coupons and promotions may have separate eligibility rules, validity periods and exclusions and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting payment does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed after payment verification and our acceptance of the order. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, an unavailable delivery location or another genuine operational issue. If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay and the payment methods available in its checkout. You authorise the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown. We are not responsible for interruptions at a bank, card network, UPI service or payment provider, but we will assist with order-status verification where possible.

Shipping and delivery
We deliver to supported locations in India. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, address accuracy or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Free shipping applies when the qualifying cart value shown on the website is met.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because our products are packaged food items, eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the reason for the request.

Acceptable website use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use false details, impersonate another person, make fraudulent payments or abuse promotions.
- Do not copy, republish or commercially exploit website content, product photography, branding or software without written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Me & Organic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control or use contrary to product instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
